Referral program details:
· Referring Crew Leaders
o You earn a $200 referral bonus that will be issued to you when you refer someone for a leader position
o In order to receive the bonus, the referred leader must successfully complete Leader Training – once they do, a check will be sent to the referrer
o Two caveats –
· the referred person cannot be alumni of our programming (previous leader or member)
· the referred person cannot have already applied for our programming
· Referring LDP Members
o $200 referral bonus that will be issued to whoever refers someone for a LDP position
o In order to receive the bonus, the referred leader must successfully start their Leadership Practicum (second half of their term, assistant leading a Youth crew) – once they do, a check will be sent to the referrer
o Same two caveats –
· the referred person cannot be alumni of our programming (previous leader or member)
· the referred person cannot have already applied for our programming
