Corps members may exhibit odd behavior after completion of five weeks of living and working in the woods with an NYC crew. Does you child exhibit any of the following symptoms?
- Complains of missing his crew.
- Uses odd nicknames for crew members when referring to them.
- Points out that your garden tools have not been sharpened for years.
- Corrects your posture.
- Warns you about the effects of prolonged physical inactivity.
- Mopes around the house when you explain that there are no additional chores that you can give him/her.
- Asks for Vesper at the dinner table.
- Sleeps on the hard patio or deck outside, saying his/her bed is too soft.
- Requests his teachers to give him extra homework.
- Expresses a desire to engage in intelligent dinner table conversation.
