NOTE: If you have an e-mail account through AOL, YahooMSN Hotmail, or another provider with an aggressive spam filter, you may need to add news@nwyouthcorps.org (the sender e-mail address) to your e-mail address book , 'contacts' list, 'safe' list, or 'white' list. Troubleshooting

'I'm not getting eNews even though I signed up and you have my e-mail address.'
Some e-mail accounts, including AOL, Yahoo, and MSN Hotmail, may be configured to filter out incoming e-mails with pictures or other properties. This is done to reduce spam, but unfortunately may cause some legitimate, solicited e-mail to be blocked as well. You might try adding news@nwyouthcorps.org (the sender e-mail address) to your e-mail address book , 'contacts' list, 'safe' list, or 'white' list. This may help the filter software to recognize this e-mail newsletter as something you want to receive. You might check to see if your in-box is full. Try signing up again, or try signing up from a different e-mail account -- your e-mail address might have previously rejected the newsletter and caused you to be removed from the mailing list.

'I'm getting eNews, but I don't remember signing up for it.'
You may be receiving it because you registered for our Alumni Connection with the newsletter option checked, sent an e-mail to news@nwyouthcorps.org to sign up, or previously supplied your e-mail address to Northwest Youth Corps. Northwest Youth Corps eNews is an ongoing newsletter mailing.
You may stop or start Northwest Youth Corps eNews at any time.
